After handling his wife’s immigration papers, lawyer Erick Widman had a fire lit in himself to niche down to family and business immigration. His law firm is now 10 years old, with all the ups and downs that come from being an entrepreneur and owning your own firm. One of the biggest challenges Erick faced was being unprepared for how difficult it would be to handle employees.
