Her niche is studying, developing, guiding groups and individuals to effectively manage stress and anxiety with mindfulness and meditation to cultivate inner peace, improve personal health, and enhance performance at work. In our conversation, we could not agree more, the importance of wellness and mental peace in the workplace is essential, particularly with the vast majority of perimenopausal women still at the prime of their careers. Workplace wellness can be a powerful tool for women undergoing menopause, helping them navigate the challenges brought on by hormonal changes. From small to medium sized organizations, Fon is guiding employers on how to foster a safe space for their employees to practice mindfulness and stress reduction, and, in turn, boost productivity and overall morale and teamwork. Fon co-authored  Phoenix, a book about the stories of women (each of the 20 authors) who — like the Phoenix — have found their way out of the flames and ashes to emerge more powerful and more beautiful than ever.  Find Phoenix: Inspiring Stories of Women Who Have Overcome Challenges & Risen to Find Hope & Purpose on Amazon.Other book: mentioned  Art of Acting by Stella Adler, one of America's greatest acting teachers.
