Cultural Acquisition and Ministry Longevity

Ryan and Amparo P. join us today for a discussion about their recent experience with the Center for Inter-cultural Training (CIT). We know and believe that cross-cultural ministry longevity is accomplished in-part through language and cultural acquisition. As a result of this, we require all of our personnel headed to Asia, as well as a few other case-by-case situations, to attend a pre-field cultural acquisition and language learning training lasting from 4 to 6 weeks. Ryan and Amparo unpack the experience, its benefits, and their recommendation to any and all headed to the foreign field this week on the SEND938 Podcast. EMAIL: [email protected]
