Culture did not begin as traditions or rules. It began as a way of living in harmony with nature. Early human culture was shaped by agricultural cycles, by planting, caring, and harvesting in rhythm with the Earth and the sky. Culture was the art of cultivating life.Problems appear when culture forgets its roots. When one way of living tries to replace all others, diversity disappears and systems weaken. In the Physical Week, culture asks a grounded question: are we cultivating life through diversity and balance, or exhausting it through repetition and control?These texts and audios are inspired by Matias De Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020 / 21.
