Culture Doesn't Just Happen, We Create It

Culture isn't something that comes from external sources and we let it define us. It's something we work to create each and every day. When I bring up culture, I'm not talking about heritage. I'm talking about the culture one creates within their business. And it's not something that just sort of happens overnight that we adopt and let define us. It happens slowly over time with the energy we bring with us, where our focus lies, and our true intentions for opening in the first place.
