Eric Schnirel not only founded Great Lakes Transport in 2015, but also serves as the Managing partner and President of the company.  Eric is Buffalo Born and raised, graduating from Sweet Home High School and continuing on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Medaille College in 2010, and then an MBA in finance from Canisius College 2012.  Eric spent 5 years in the banking and the financial services industry, before opening the doors at Great Lakes Transport.  A tremendous and well-known local athlete Eric captained the Medaille Mavericks men’s soccer program to a birth in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen in his senior season.  Eric also serves on the board for the UB Foundation for MJS UB Law School Scholarship.  The success of Great Lakes Transport Solutions has fueled the Great Lakes brand, which now includes Great Lakes Real Estate Group and Great Lakes Workers Comp Solutions. In his free time Eric is an avid golfer who lives in East Aurora with his wife Molly.
