Culture transformation with Piotr Gryko

Piotr is an organizational culture and transition management expert with more then two decades of experience. He described national culture and organizational culture as well as the relation between them. National culture is how we are programmed to feel and organizational culture defines how we operate. The former is very stable but the latter is rather flexible, due to change in strategy or market position.I asked Piotr my favorite question for those who works in cultural studies field, should East act like West to succeed?
