みなさん、もう９月になりましたね！ 先週に引き続き正看護師+社会福祉士+ソーシャルワーカーとして活躍されている悦子さんとのリアル対談の続きです。 ソーシャルワーカーとは？ わかりやすくいうと「生活相談員」のこと。 生活に困っている人を助ける仕事で、その人の事情に合わせて「どんな制度やサービスがあるか」「どんな制度やサービスを活用するのか」を考えます。時には医師や看護師といった直接治療に関わる人とは異なる立場から、相談者に対してのアドバイスや指導を行ったりすることもあるのでとても大事な役割を担っています。問題を解決へと導いていくいわば「人と人をつなげる仕事」です。 社会福祉士の国家資格を持つソーシャルワーカーは、より専門性の高いサポートを行えるようになるためこれ以外の資格を取得していくことも1つの手段ですね。 正看護師の経験も元にサポートを行っている悦子さんだからこそ感じる事や気持ちには熱意を感じました。 今回はソーシャルワーカーの仕事だけではなく、ケアマネージメントやオーストラリアの在宅ケアについても聞ける内容になっています:) Linkup care： お問い合わせ: [email protected] Facebook: @LinkUpCareAustralia
