Today's encouragement comes inspired by Upstream, by Dan Heath.  In the book, Heath focuses on solving problems Upstream (before they happen) rather than Downstream (after the fact).  Listen in to hear how you can apply this to your relationships with your students, co-workers, spouse, children and your career.  Problem blindness can cause us to ignore things that need our attention, particularly in our relationships.  I'm pulling for you.
