With restless and boundless energy, he covers many areas at American Express: sales, account management, product development, marketing, international, domestic, consumer, corporate, finance, etc. And because Amex is such a large organization, it is like starting over each time -- new people, processes, and priorities to learn. A tough decision to leave, but he knew it was time and is excited about what’s next. Typically, that’s when we’re doing something for the first time, something we don’t know how to do, and it might be uncomfortable, but it’s probably the most fun.”
