From The Cure’s more gothic and literary phase, we start with A Forest by Noir from the album Darkly Near. Next is Funeral Party by Hermetic Delight from Revolution – The Shoegaze Revival. The first track from Alfa Matrix’s tribute to The Cure is Charlotte Sometimes (Club Mix) by Kant Kino featuring Mari Kattman. Finally, Astral Grey performs The Figurehead from Twin Cities Electropunk Volume 1. In the second half, the songs cover The Cure’s more popular phase. For instance, Mickle Blvd performs and instrumental version of Shake Dog Shake. Meanwhile, the rest of the songs appear on the Alfa Matrix tribute to The Cure.
