Curiosity, Communication and Lube: lessons from a psychosexual therapist with Kate Moyle

Hello and welcome back to state of mind with me, Grace Kingswell.    Today’s guest is psychosexual and relationship therapist Kate Moyle. Kate works with people to recognise their own personal understanding of their sexuality and sexual health; with the view that issues have roots in psychology, emotion, the physical body, and a person’s history and culture. Ultimately her aim is to help people get to a place of sexual health, happiness and wellbeing.    In this episode we discuss sex tech, porn, libido and fertility among many other topics.
