James Altman is a priest in the Diocese of La Crosse, Wisconsin who was removed from public ministry and his role as pastor at St. James the Less Parish after a decree from his bishop effective for an indeterminate period of time. Fr. Altman's public statements on U.S. politics, COVID, feminism, and abortion have garnered nationwide attention and unjust criticism.
