Curry is a variety of dishes originating in the Indian subcontinent that uses combination of spices or herbs, usually including ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, and fresh or dried chilies. The word also originated in Southern India and Curry is generally prepared in a sauce.The UK celebrates National Curry Week every October because we have made curry our own. it’s so popular that it contributes more than £5bn to the British economy.
