Direct selling companies involve customer expectations in decisions relating to the delivery of products, services, and experiences for achieving their satisfaction.The survey by DSN classified direct selling companies into Platinum and Gold categories based on their customer-centric startegies. The classification is based on the customer-distributor ratio that indicates how many customers come under one distributor. The classification is done for encouraging customer-centricity in the direct selling business. The Platinum list of companies follows the criterion of ‘more than 10 customers per distributor’, whereas the Gold list of companies requires 5-10 customers per distributor.The companies listed under the Platinum category are, ACN, Bhip Global, It Works!, Kynect, Nu Skin, Le-Vel, Usborne, and Scentsy. The companies listed under the Gold category are Monat Global, Neora, Perfectly Posh, and Total Life Changes.The re-emergence of customer centricity in direct selling is defining new customer experiences in the post-pandemic world.
