Welcome to this weeks episode of the Detailed Car Collection and we have a huge show this week. Pebble Beach the biggest car auction of the year was last weekend and the results are very mixed. If you read about the auction everyone is stating the numbers were huge but when you dig into them it shows that most auctions were down not up. Lets chat about how to read these numbers.  Also, we talk about customer service and how the world is changing rapidly. Customers harassing staff members is causing small and large companies to reduce access to their company leading to worse customer experience.
