Hey everyone, thanks for listening to my therapy. I'm Robin and I've noticed right now that I do certain things when I insert moods and if I'm not careful, they can really not help. So for example, I only seem to scroll Instagram when I'm not in selling a good mood. And if I don't catch it, then it becomes something that makes me feel not as good that the state I was before, which wasn't really good.
And it's just seeing little behaviors like this and correcting them as I'm doing them has really helped. So I'd recommend just finding little things you do. Like for example, I was bored and in a weird mood so I downloaded TikTok and I feel like I have less brain cells than I started out with. And I made a joke video on it and I was like, what am I doing?
And I stopped. And now I'm really listening to what my brain wants and it wants to read a book that I've been putting off. And I'm going to go do that because I know I feel a lot better. So yeah, just find the little stupid things you do that don't stupid in the sense that they don't help you.
And it might seem like stupid advice, but just cut those out. And the good thing about learning what you do when you're in certain moods is that you can spot more easily when you're feeling a certain way because sometimes you don't like, we all do this. Oh, no, I don't really actually feel that way. Then you start doing those little behaviors and then you're like, oh, yeah, that's actually how I feel right now.
Yeah. So thank you for listening. Have a great day.
