Cutting Edge Leadership Development

In this episode, we discuss our new leadership development plan for Mary and Kaitlyn--two young leaders at our church who have shown great potential and a track record of excellence. The Immerse program is a unique, innovative approach to leadership development and seminary training in partnership with the local church, Northwest Seminary & College, and Fellowship Pacific. This cutting edge program leads to a Master of Divinity degree, but more importantly, it provides an academically rigorous and practically effective training ground for Christian leaders.
