Private-equityhuis CVC Capital Partners verwacht een half miljard euro méér op te halen bij de beursgang in Amsterdam. Dat is bovenop de maximale 1,8 miljard euro zoals eerder voorspeld, meldt Bloomberg. De Tweede Kamer stemt vanavond over de veelbesproken huurwet van demissionair woonminister Hugo de Jonge. Volgens huizenmarkteconoom bij RaboResearch Stefan Groot gaan verhuurders hierdoor huizen te koop zetten: Uitgeverij Hearst Netherlands gaat reorganiseren, bevestigen bronnen aan BNR.
