CWG Daily: The Games begin, and we tell you what to look forward to

The glittering opening ceremony, with all its music and madness, is past us and the focus now shifts to sports. No major medal event lined up for India on Day 1 of the Games but plenty to look forward to even then: a clash against Pakistan in badminton, a match versus heavyweights Australia in cricket apart from prelim rounds in a host of sports – as well as the country’s CWG debut triathlon.
