Avidemux – Cross platform, open source video editing. OpenShot – Open source video editing for Linux. Corel VideoStudio Pro – Fantastic video editing for those on a budget. Camtasia Studio – Professional level screencasting software for Windows and OS X. Final Cut Pro X – Professional grade video editing for OS X. Adobe Premiere – Professional grade video editing for Windows and OS X. Sony Vegas – High end video editing for Windows. Lots of YouTube content creators use this. CyberLink Power Director – I’ve never used this but, wow, it’s getting some pretty high ratings. Worth checking out! For Windows. Audacity – Free and open source audio editing. Hardware Logitech C510 – This is the webcam I use. Simple, easy, does the job well. Shoots in 720p HD. Logitech C615 – This is the 1080p HD version of the above webcam. As I write this, it’s on sale and is actually cheaper than the one above. And it’s the better camera! Go fig.
