Cycles of Regret- focus on what energizes you! (Students)

Regret can really suck sometimes. We regret the way our time is spent and the outcomes we see… even regret itself. It’s a real struggle that contributes to the overwhelm students and everyone else can experience. Today I’m bringing to you a bit of my personal struggle with this and how I plan to work through it- high school will NOT break me y’all, and it won’t break you either. You got this! 💪
