We had a great conversation about how Wellpay.ai and Wellpay Pro are have a huge impact on compensation in the workplace. We talked about those awful days when there are hundreds of versions of excel sheets flying around - which added to the stress each year - to what is now a streamlined and far more enjoyable process thanks to her company's AI platform.  She likened it to the being "the plaid of conversation".  We spoke about way more things from strong cheddars to pool floats that gave me FOMO!
