Elaine is the founder of She Steps Forward Ministries, now branded She Steps Forward Coaching. She Steps Forward Coaching is helping to launch confident, successful Christian female entrepreneurs with targeted strategic plans so they can build sustainable businesses, ministries, and nonprofits. As a certified John Maxwell Team member, Elaine offers her coaching services to female entrepreneurs who desire a faith-based approach that is individualized to their unique needs when building their business, ministry, or nonprofit. By using her giftings of speaking, writing, leadership development, and entrepreneurial coaching, Elaine is empowering the next generation of Christian female entrepreneurs to step forward and launch their God-sized dreams in marketplace ministry.  Elaine is also the founder and executive director of She Steps Forward International, a nonprofit working to equip both American and African women to lead businesses, ministries, and nonprofits and positively impact their communities. She Steps Forward International’s signature offer is the She Steps Forward International Women’s Conference, held each March, which brings like-minded female entrepreneurs together to glean inspiration and nuggets of wisdom from those already trailblazing a way in the marketplace. SSFI also gives back by offering new and rising Christian female entrepreneurs in the U.S. and Africa a chance to be a part of the SSFI Seed Money Grant program and by doing humanitarian work in Nairobi, Kenya.
