I became an entrepreneur March of 2017 when I created my own real estate transaction management. Real estate agents hire me to assist with all the details from contract-to-close such as document compliance, managing deadlines and schedules, and communicating with all involved parties. The work I do helps ensure smooth transactions, improves communication and customer service with buyers/sellers, and frees up valuable time for my agents to spend prospecting and growing their businesses. I understand that one process doesn't fit all, so I work with my clients to understand what they actually need help with and adjust their process to address those. As a result of this shift, I began calling myself a Transaction Concierge in 2018 (rather than the industry standard of Transaction Coordinator). This work requires a trusting relationship between the TC and the agent, and that is actually one of my favorite things about the work I do. I am very relational and enjoy creating community, which means that my clients not only experience my authenticity from day one, they also become part of my client community, leading to more genuine relationships and resources for them inside our Key TC family. Outside of my career, art resonates deeply with me and I am now dabbling in the world of artivism - expressing the change I want to see in the world through art. This creative side of myself brings a beautiful balance to the right-brained work I do. I also have major wanderlust so I travel whenever I can to participate in other cultures and expand my global perspectives.
