Pam Pech is a former educator and business executive with an M.B.A.Her corporate experience includes over 25 years of Recruitment, Management, Franchise and Small Business expertise, as well as Training and Program Development.Her teaching experience ranges from preschool through Junior High and Adult education. She is considered a Thought Leader, workshop creator and discussion facilitator. She also spends considerable time as a community volunteer with such organizations as Spread the Word, Boys and Girls Club, and the Domestic Violence Resource Center, also doing career coaching in churches and non-profit organizations.discovery of Self® was created out of her desire to bring people together in conversation in order to reach their highest potential through discovery and realization of purpose.
