Tracy Brown is a nationally recognized expert whose clients rely on her advice about leadership development, diversity strategy and employee engagement. Her company, Intentional Inclusion, Inc has provided training to more than 450,000 people and she has been recognized twice for Innovation in Diversity by the Celebrate Diversity Awards sponsored by Ernst & Young. Tracy is an accomplished speaker and author of 11 books who is known for her ability to engage people in sensitive conversations. Her interactive presentation style encourages participants to take personal responsibility for making change in their lives and their organizations. She has produced or hosted six internet radio programs and has been featured in HR Magazine, Money Magazine, Dallas CEO, Texas Business Monthly and many other publications. In addition to her business experience, Tracy has served as a board member for more than a dozen professional associations or nonprofit organizations.
