Dr. Mistry explains that this condition, often called "Blue Balls" when experienced by younger men, could also be described as "prostate congestion." When a man doesn't ejaculate for extended periods of time, his prostate can become "backed up" with ejaculate and this can lead to symptoms of sexual dysfunction and pain. It can also be exacerbated by musculoskeletal issues. Dr. Mistry also discusses the most common sexually transmitted diseases, or STD's, that he treats in his practice.
