D3P94: Expanding the Postseason—A D3P Short

In this D3P Short, we ask and answer a simple question: in a sport with 380 teams and nearly 20,000 players, is there a way to make the DIII baseball end-of-season more aligned to the size of the league? The focus of this episode will be on the idea of creating a privately sponsored National Invitational Tournament—to extend the season for top teams who do not make the College World Series, and generate more exposure for DIII baseball as a whole.
