Monica Lewinsky recently appeared on a TED talk session proclaiming herself as Cybervictim  #1.  After reading her bio and the attempts to stifle her at every turn, I think she is correct.  What if it were possible to have a hand-held gadget on your cell phone to show you  the real intentions of a verbal  “bully”. Can we use the information gleaned by the Institute of BioAcoustic Biology to construct what the Vocal Print of a bully would look like?
