DA, Afriforum And Institute of Race Relations Legal Challenge Expropriation Act

    The DA, alongside AfriForum and the Institute of Race Relations Legal, is challenging the Expropriation Act in the Western Cape High Court, seeking to have the legislation declared unconstitutional and invalid.
