DaD Ep 10: Play Ball!

Two dads of T1D daughters, on a podcast, trying to figure it all out. Winter's over, the sun is shining...it's time for some outdoor recreation! Now that our T1D kiddos have started playing sports again, whether it be softball or football (soccer!) there are, as always, considerations. Diet, sleep, devices, coach education, game management, etc. Alan and Mark line out exactly what they've been doing to help their girls enjoy playing ball!(Apologies, because we jumped on the special Mother's Day episode, this ep which was recorded earlier has some references that'll be a little out of date now.
