She’s countersuing for emotional distress. Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is a friend from childhood. He’s a fun, but the plaintiff alleges he lies all the time. He says he’s given him five loans that he has yet to repay, so he’s suing. The defendant is countersuing for unpaid wages.
