He also works as a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, where he helps clients transition to better technology HR solutions to help them do business better. From an early age, Brenden was determined to lift his family out of poverty, and that became his motivation for going to business school and becoming a business consultant. Being a success-driven person, he competed in over 50 case competitions while in college, which provided a platform where he perfected his public speaking skills and gained years’ worth of experience coaching other students. In this episode, Brenden shares how he stumbled into his entrepreneurial journey in public speaking, public speaking tips for polyglots, strategies to crack the fear of public speaking, the reason for his drive, and the big questions he asked himself that helped him get an early start in life.
