Jace successfully enlists the Frey's at the Twins in exchange for Harrenhall. Meanwhile at Harrenhall, Daemon continues his spiral towards insanity as he tries to navigate his battle of who he is. Does he have a heart? Is he on team Rhaenyra? He makes it known that a potential plan is that he himself takes over the Iron Throne. Baela successfully enlists Corlys as Hand of The King which hopefully garners more support for Rhaenyra as she navigates her next moves.
