Dave B was told about a brewer in his local area when in the pub, where else, and that brewer is Gareth Francis, of Gruff Brewery in Stratford St Mary, Suffolk.Gruff is very much at the early stage of development, but the beers are big on flavour, and Gareth tells us all about his plans and the inaugural Gruff Fest set up for the summer. Dave B also nails a mystery hop during the chat, much to Dave D's annoyance!For Brew To Me, Dave D is feeling the chill. Not literally, instead he is sampling what  Edinburgh-based Cold Town Beer have to offer, while Dave B takes a trip towards the south coast for a stout courtesy of Many Hands Brew Co.Two beers, one brewery is the setup for Hype or Tripe as we sample the goods from another new brewery, Dark Element Brew Co in Caerphilly.
