We might not be doing any carvings but what we're doing this time is trying not one, not two, but three pumpkin beers from those Sheffield legends Abbeydale Brewery, whose pumpkin spiced ale Pilgrim was first released in 2017 and now forms the backbone of the trilogy we're sampling. Joining the original are Twilight Pilgrim, a pumpkin spice latte stout and Imperial Pilgrim, an 8% pumpkin spiced ale. Are they Hype or Tripe? There's only one way to find out. Dave D drops in on one of the Brew Barn Sessions down on the farm at Spitting Feathers in Cheshire and during his visit with Kam from Beer Guide Worldwide, the pair have a chat with Rik who tells us all about the latest goings on. We have an award-winner on this latest episode, as we're joined by The Brand Weaver, who recently celebrated success at The Brewer's Congress in London when scooping top honours for his work with Vale Brewery in Buckinghamshire.
