Welcome to the session zero for our new Daggerheart Actual Play - The MechanolithThe Mechanolith, an ancient dwarven construction, encircles the World Mountain on the lowest layer of existence, the hellscape known as Zadumir. Long ago Nalana, goddess of protection and strength, entrusted the dwarven people with the eternal defence of the World Mountain against the foul forces of the dark god Throx. This mechano-fortress thousands of leagues long has a vast array of defences that turn away the forces of evil, including Realm Defenders, automatons so huge they may battle the greatest of creatures that Throx might throw against it. Since the Age of Formation it has stood protecting all the layers above, but now cracks have begun to emerge.
