The show stars Evan Peters as killer, Jeffrey Dahmer, from Milwaukee. Not from from where Joe and Tina grew up. Joe remembers it as a teenager and how creepy it was, but the show gives way more details and an in depth look at how the police overlooked things. Tina doesn't remember as much, and was blown away.
