What's going on, everybody? Anthony Keppel here, your coach and host of the Be Battle Ready podcast, and today I want to talk to you about no motion gets no motion. So sit back, relax, and I'll see you on the other side. Welcome to the Be Battle Ready podcast, where we take a deep dive into what it takes to be battle ready in your lifestyle and in your business, so you can go to war on your life and the marketplace and win.

All right, all right, all right. So quick story. You know, my wife and I, we were like feeling a little stuck. You know, we want to go make some moves and do some things and sell our house and, you know, move back to California.

And we were like, man, I just feel so blah today. And I was like, I know. And then we're like, what do we do? And I was feeling it.

And then, you know, I just went down, came down in my office downstairs and started doing stuff. And then it hit me. I was like, I felt it. I felt the movement.

And, you know, I was like, I just watched it. I was like, hey, we just need to take a step. We just need to move. Right.

And where we were, we were in that position of feeling stuck, but we were not moving forward. Right. We were expecting, we wanted to move forward, but we weren't making any effort to move forward. Right.

We were just wallowing in our stuck. And, you know, I can just think of how many times that all of us do this. We wallow in our stuck. We wallow in where we are at.

Right. We, you know, maybe things are going a little slower than we want, or they're not moving much or whatever it might be. And we wallow in it. Right.

And in that we end up not doing anything, but we expect something to happen, but we want something to happen, but we're not moving. Right. We, you know, it seems so silly. Like when, you know, if we want to walk somewhere, we move there.

But when it comes to achieving things in our lives or moving pieces around in our life, we need to move there. Right. We need to make that happen. We need to take a step.

And we get overwhelmed by the mountain that's in front of us. And we don't realize that, you know, we haven't even, we're not even at the peak yet. We're not even at the hard part yet. We're just at the first step.

So the idea is that wherever you feel stuck, it doesn't matter where it's at. You just need to move one step. And even if it's not the right step, you need to move, move forward and just keep on going. It seems so duh to you, right?

Duh. This seems so simple. But, you know, think about how many times where you are stuck in your life, where you are stuck in, um, not moving forward. So where in your area life across your, your physical health, your spiritual health, your relationship health, or in your business health, where are you stuck and not moving forward?

And what do you need to do today just to keep, to make a breakthrough and start moving forward. So I look forward to supporting you. That's it for today. I'll talk to you soon.
