We each have our own recipe, our own game plan that works for us. Your game and my game plan are both correct and combining the two will make it even better. It is important to be open minded. Having an open discussion to your teammates will enrich them and it will result in a better product or system.Following only a standard game plan will not give you the best result. Not listening to your comrade’s opinion will not improve your game plan. Being open-minded and having a healthy discussion will make your system better and your results will also improve. Accept that there are more than one way to solve a problem. Your game plan and their game plan are both correct and you must be open minded to accept it. Listen to their opinions too and it will result in a healthy work relationship and over-all better product. Ask your teammates their thoughts and open your mind to listen to them and that you can be wrong too or you might have overlooked some things.
