Daily Coffee

I remember several times in my life experts saying that it is healthy to drink coffee. Then they said that it is unhealthy to drink coffee. Then a few years later, that changes. Just recently, the American Heart Association (AHA) has advised that drinking up to five cups of coffee a day is not only safe but also may lower the risk of stroke, heart failure, and type 2 diabetes. A New York-based cardiologist, Dr. Eugenia Gianos, after reviewing the AHA's research findings, was quoted saying that physicians may be able to recommend coffee to patients in the future. That health advice may fluctuate and change. One thing that never changes or fluctuates is God’s promise to walk with us in all phases of our life, even those we think are good or bad, or even if we drink coffee or don’t drink coffee. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
