Daily Coronavirus Check-in: How do you know when your drinking is out of control?

When this whole Covid thing kicked off I was definitely drinking more than usual, like a lot of people. But I’m glad to say that lately I’ve cut right back to two or three nights a week and feel much better for it. I know at one stage I did worry that I was drinking too much, but I never felt like it was out of control.
