It flows from a love already given completely in Jesus, who kept every vow perfectly on your behalf and was cut off in your place so that you would never have to earn what He freely gives. There we find true grace, forgiveness, and salvation, secured through His finished work rather than our own effort. Through His redemption we are welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven, and in the Lord's Supper He continues to give that gift freely, His true body and blood, for the forgiveness of sins.Keep your vows and do your daily work faithfully, but hold the order straight. God's favor came first, in Christ.
