He entrusted Himself entirely to His Father, even to the cross, and God did arise, raising Jesus from the dead and defending His cause once and for all. There, true grace, forgiveness, and salvation were secured, not earned by our effort. Through His redemption we are welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven, and in the Lord's Supper He still comes to us, giving His true body and blood for the forgiveness of sins.You are not called to save yourself.
