Romans 16:17 (NLT) – “And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them.” In this episode of Daily Devotions, Pastor David Sumrall addresses the difficult but vital topic of handling divisive people within the church. He warns that the most dangerous dividers are not harsh or mean, but are "smiling snakes" who use "smooth and glowing words" to deceive innocent people and upset their faith.
