They feel disconnected from God. They feel disconnected from themselves. The moment they become disconnected, you become a victim. A victim of your circumstances.
A victim of your struggles. A victim of the world. They begin to blame and find enemies that are around you. You make your wife, your enemy, your government, your enemy.
Your business, your enemy. Everyone around you is out there to get you because you feel disconnected. I've had several conversations this week with men. They were able to interrupt the pattern and find connection.
Connection with their wives, connection with their business, connection with God. And the realization they had is that it takes fucking work just to stay connected. It is easy to disconnect because it's too much pressure to stay connected. Your responsibility is you have all these things that you have to do to stay connected.
A most man that want to bring the fucking work. It's just easy to put a guard down, disconnect and blame all the others around us because we don't have the emotional fitness to deal with the shit that's going to get you disconnected. So if you don't have the emotional fitness, any little thing will trigger you and you blame your wife. If you don't have the emotional fitness, any little thing will trigger you and you want to burn down your business, if you don't have the emotional fitness, then they will trigger you and you stop blaming God.
They keep you stay connected. It's to realize that everything is on you. You are your worst enemy. There's a part of you that doesn't want to stay connected.
There's a part of you that wants to stay sedated. There's a part of you that wants to stay the victim. There's a part of you that doesn't want the fucking pressure. And that's the reason every single day you have this battle between the men that you think you are and the men that you've been called to be.
The men that you've been called to be and they stay connected to a higher purpose, to God, connected to the universe, connected to his mission, to his vision, but every single day you're going to have this battle of this other man that says, no, I'm not worthy of this. I'm okay putting a sword down. Let somebody else take this battle. That's the reason we disconnect and we hide and we play small and we blame.
That's one of the main reasons I do what I do because I see men every single day walking around disconnected in the grind, not living, just existing. My intention for you today is to find connection. Take four responsibility that you were the one who unplug. You were the one who disconnected that connection.
You were the one who walked away from God, from your purpose, from your vision, from the people who loved you. And I know that guilt and shame holds every single man back to find connection. Take ownership and responsibility and do the work to connect again. I'm going to take you to a process.
We're going to have a deep connection with your purpose, with your mission, with your vision. Proximity is power. That's the reason we do these things. Every single man that comes to this event understands that man, once they leave that event, they feel connected, they feel on fire, they have the search of their connection to be a creative motherfucker to lead.
And I know right now in your mind, you're probably thinking, I don't have the time, I don't have the money, I don't have the resources, because that's all excuses the mind wants to give you to stay disconnected, to play small, but the truth is that you know you have the fucking lead. You know you have to find connection. The man in this brotherhood, the man in the edge of brotherhood, a man who know that we only as good as the people who surround us with, we're here to sharpen each other's edge. This group is only as good as the man that we attract.
So if you listen to this message, just know that there is a calling inside of you that's telling you to fucking connect, to let go of the limited mind that you have, feel that you're not enough, that you don't belong, that you're alone, because all that is your bullshit fucking story that your mind is telling, you're preventing you from finding connection again. So fuck any excuse that you have for not being there.
