My name is Raul Velassus, and this is Udely Edge. We had our team meeting yesterday, going over their leadership summit. And my job as a leader is to continue to paint the vision. Even though we just finished our epic event and everyone was excited and Filo was amazing, my job is to make sure that we move forward.
And I continue to paint the vision. We're going to be the next 12 months. We're going to be the next five years. We're going to be the next 10 years.
As we continue to pursue the vision of becoming the biggest coaching company, when it comes to men's leadership, we have to make sure that we have the pool, which is the vision, but also the push. What is the pool? The pool is 10,000 men in Master Square Garden. What is the push?
The push is the next 100 days. We have the bootcamp. We have the inner circle retreat. The next 12 months, we have the next leadership summit.
We're going to have a thousand men at this summit. See, nothing happens unless you cast the vision. Nothing happens unless you continue to level up your team. So my interest for today is to ask, are you painting the vision?
Where do you need to paint the vision? Is it in your marriage? Is it in your business? Is it in the connection with God?
Where are you lacking casting that vision and making sure that you have both the pool, which is the biggest vision and the push? What are you going to do in the next 100 days to make that vision a reality? I know what my outcomes are. I'm already dialed in on the next two weeks meeting with the inner circle members to make sure that we open up chapters in different parts of the country for the edge of brotherhood.
I also want to prepare the men who decided to come to the bootcamp because that's the next step. The men who come to the bootcamp are the men who raise their hands saying, I want to lead Raoul. I want to help you have those 10,000 men in Master Square Garden. I want to make sure that I'm the best version of myself and I'm willing to go to the gates of hell to find the light.
She's about to get real. Next week, we'll have a new present. So about you are waiting in the silence, waiting and see. I'm not waiting to see.
I'm already preparing now. Whether one person wins or the other person wins, it doesn't matter. Our leader is going to figure shit out, unless you paint the vision, unless you share your vision with the people around you. Because the best is yet to come.
