My name is Raul Villasas and this is your daily edge. Freedom is not free. Many men and women pay the price, so you and I could enjoy the freedom we have today. Because the other day, we don't have freedom fighters, we have nothing.
It doesn't matter what you believe or what part you involved with, it's got to steal the freeest country in the world. Why? Because men and women sacrificed their lives and said, I want to fight for freedom. I want to go into the battlefield.
I want to make sure that America is a land on the free. So one way to honor them is to do something with your freedom. I appreciate the freedom that we have today. As we celebrate Veterans Day, one way to do it is to honor them, but let them know how much you appreciate them.
Because I believe that we take them for granted. You and I enjoy this freedom that we have today, because men and women choose to volunteer and go into the battlefield. So if you're a veteran, thank you for your service, thank you because my family is better off, because of why you're there. And I will not waste your time, I will not waste the sacrifice that you made, because I will do everything in my power every single day to continue to make sure this country is free.
So my intention for today is to celebrate your freedom. I appreciate the freedom that you have. Thanks to somebody today for their sacrifice. Because at the end of the day, when you're not appreciated, eventually you will lose.
We all have things to complain about, but this country is still the best and the freest country in the world. And I believe with every single cell of my body that the best is here to come. Happy Veterans Day, learn it, live it, experience it. Love life.
