My name is Rovid Asses, and this is Yudel Yedge. This is Yedge. You can't see attracting what you focus on the most. If you focus on what you don't have, if you focus on all the struggles, if you focus on the challenges, you're only going to attract more of those challenges.
I was on a conversation yesterday when I asked her to members and he was telling me about his journey in his brotherhood, his journey in fighting his edge. He said, well, about a year and a half ago, it was in a dark fucking place. I was in a dark place and I couldn't see my way out and all of the sudden when I watched you video, it was like a little light was shining with hope and opportunity. He kept on telling me how he thanks God that he found his brotherhood, how he thanks God how he found this program, because his program saved his life.
And not just his life, but his business and his marriage and his connection with God because at the end of the day, all we need is a small light that was shining with darkness. This morning I was meditating on that feedback. I was meditating on all the times that I wanted to quit at the beginning of this. How 10 years ago when I started this, my struggle was am I the leader that people need?
Am I the leader that I need to be? I would question myself, I would have hesitations about continuing to do this and I heard the voice inside of me telling me one more time ago. One more adventure, one more man. I listened to the small voice.
I listened to the dark in those dark moments. I listened to that light voice. It encouraged me to continue to go through it. See at the end of the day, that small light was shining with darkness.
And all you need is to listen to the voice. No matter what you're going through right now, just know that you've always been guided. Just like God, the universe is constantly speaking to you. Sometimes we don't know what to do.
Sometimes we don't find the solutions that are in front of us. But that's the moment that we have to focus on the opportunities. We have to focus on who we need to become. We have to focus on who are we being guided to become.
I'm intentional for you tonight to ask yourself, am I focusing on my darkness or my light? Am I focusing on all this shit that I'm not doing? Am I building guilt and shame and procrastination or am I being grateful to the opportunity to become that light? Because I believe every single one of you has been cold to become that light.
That's what leaders do. Leaders are light in the middle of darkness. That's what I put on events together. That's what I have this leadership coming up in next month and I want to make sure that every single one of you ignites that light inside of you to shine it through this world.
Because this world is focusing on the dark shit that's going on. Every time that you watch the news, every time you talk to people, there's a lot of darkness in this world. But you've been cold to become the light, to become that leader. So no matter what you're going through right now, just know that you're being guided.
I can't wait to see you made first and second leadership summit because you're going to light this motherfucker up. My promise to you is to make sure that you leave that event knowing that you are the fucking light. That you are the edge. You're going to use your struggles, your challenges.
